Why are there two different processes listed?
Because we take two steps in our website development!
First we DESIGN your site. We come up with layout ideas based on your logo, corporate colors, identity and personal requests. We don't work with pre-existing templates or have cookie cutter designs. We offer several designs before developing one for your final website design. We offer local photography services, have access to stock photography and can use any images you provide to us.
After the design has been established we will work to develop your website. This is creating the actual HTML, ASP, or PHP pages of the site. We put the site in a testing environment so you can see the actions (hovers on links), the graphics, the page navigation, etc. We develop forms and other functions at this point as well, and test them to make sure they function properly. We also send your testing site out for usability tests (what "non designers" think of the site, and if they are able to use and understand the design and function as they should). The site will never be set live in its final environment until approved.
